How Order Tracking Works
If you have been emailed a tracking code with An Post you can track the package here www.anpost.ie
When you have made your purchase online, you were given an order reference number. If you enter this number along with your email address in the form above you will be able to see the current status of your order.
If you require further information primary contact is by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will advise you of your order status or assist you with your enquiries within 24 hours.
If you cannot contact us via email we are available on +353 1 4195047 between 9.30 am and 3.30 pm Mon to Fri, if calling outside those hours please leave a message. Either way we will respond within 24 hours to update you of your order status.
What does each Status mean?
Order Being Picked: This means that your order has been received by RTÉ Shop and is being processed.
Order Dispatched: This means that your order has been processed and is been dispatched to you.
Order Cancelled: This means that you order has been cancelled with no charges made to your card.
