How Order Tracking Works
 
When you have made your purchase online , you will be given an order reference number. If you enter this number along with your email address in the form above you will be able to see the current status of your order.

Alternatively you can ring +353 1 4195000 / +353 1 4195047 between 9.00am and 6.00pm Mon to Fri or email us at rte.ieshop@indientertainment.ie we will be glad to advise you of your order status.
 
What does each Status mean?

Order Being Picked: This means that your order has been received by RTEShop and is being processed.
Order Dispatched:    This means that your order has been processed and is been dispatched to you.
Order Cancelled:      This means that you order has been cancelled with no charges made to your card.
